 Pausing to blush 
Feeling the eyes 
Upon her, in awe 

Staring through 
my soul with hazel 
eyes aflame 

Looking aside 
taken aback by 
my constant stare 

Trapped in the moment 
lingering within 
a fire alight 

Only hoping 
She returns 
Harboring emotions 

Unchecked by silence
